
顎式碎石機的工作原理是借助于活動顎板周期性地靠近或離開固定顎板的擺動運動,使進入破碎腔的物料受到擠壓、劈裂、彎曲和沖擊作用而破碎。破碎后的物料靠自重或顎板擺動時的向下推力從排料口排出。

顎式碎石機的結構主要有機架偏心軸大皮帶輪飛輪動鄂側護板肘板肘板后座調隙螺桿復位彈簧固定顎板與活動顎板等組成,其中肘板還起到保險作用。該系列顎式碎石機破碎方式為曲動擠壓型,電動機驅動皮帶和皮帶輪,通過偏心軸使動鄂上下運動,當動鄂上升時肘板和動鄂間夾角變大,從而推動動鄂板向定鄂板接近,與此同時物料被擠壓搓碾等多重破碎;當動顎下行時,肘板和動鄂間夾角變小,動鄂板在拉桿彈簧的作用下離開定顎板,此時已破碎物料從破碎腔下口排出,隨著電動機連續轉動碎石機動顎作周期性的壓碎和排料,實現批量生產。
