配制水泥時，再加進相當數量的磷石膏代替天然石膏，制得的快硬水泥一天抗壓強度超過４０ＭＰ，三天超過５０ＭＰ，特別適用于新型墻體材料的制造，而且可利用工業廢渣磷石膏，占水泥總量的３０４０，并有優越的經濟社會和環境效益。用此方法生產的石膏的活性極高，將其應用于水泥生產，可使水泥的強度明顯提高，大幅度提高混合材的摻入量，降低水泥成本。
